PRESS RELEASE – BIM appoints new Group HR Director

BIM, the entrepreneurial supplier of speciality chemical solutions to the pulp and paper industry, has appointed Ulrika Fardmark Bäckström as HR Director.

Ulrika will enter her new position on August 1, 2020 and will be member of the BIM Group management team.

Since November 2018, Ulrika Fardmark Bäckström has supported the BIM Group to improve and develop HR activities through her consulting agency. As HR Director, she will assume overall responsibility for the BIM Group Human Resources, drive HR issues and be responsible for longterm competence and leadership development to ensure the right level of expertise within the organisation.

Ulrika Fardmark Bäckström joins BIM from her own consulting agency, with over 20 years of experience in operational and strategic HR work. She holds a degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics and is a trained Social Scientist.

Throughout her career, Ulrika has been substantially engaged in various company culture and relationship issues where change management, conflict management and improved internal communication have been prime focus areas.
